Philip provides strategic investor relations counsel to clients across a wide range of industries.Prior to becoming an investor relations specialist, Philip spent 17 years as a senior sell-side analyst, providing him with a unique knowledge base that he brings to his current practice.

Philip has been a featured lecturer at The Directors College, a comprehensive professional development and certification program for corporate directors (a joint venture of The Conference Board of Canada and the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University); and at the Richard Ivey School of Business’ “Strategic Management of Investor Relations” program.

Bruce Wigle

Bruce is a corporate communications specialist with strong capital markets knowledge. He has more than 15 years of experience working with senior management teams of Canadian and international public companies across a wide range of industries, advising on continuous disclosure best practices, investor relations, financial reporting, and media relations.

In addition to working with clients on ongoing strategic investor relations programs, Bruce has been involved in communications mandates for several high profile M&A, IPO and crisis management assignments.

Allan Austin is a messaging/script writing specialist with more than three decades of experience and more than 120 successful public offerings and special situations. These have raised more than $20 billion in new capital, across a wide range of industries and business structures, including trans-border offerings. Allan’s roadshow messaging is characterizedby energy, clarity and directness, resulting in a compelling investment proposition. He writes for print, spoken word, video and social media.
